• 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
• 1 carrot, sliced
• 1/2 a bottle of Foyt No.67 Chardonnay
• 3/4 cup of heavy cream
• salt / pepper to taste
• parsley, for garnish
• 2 tbsp olive oil
