Lime Curd | A Cup Of Cream
Lime curd is delicious. And my husband is obsessed. It’s great plain, on toast, as the filling of a cake, or as a lemon curd replacement.

- ¼ cup sugar
- Zest of 2 limes
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cold salted butter** see note
- Drop of green food coloring, optional
