Ingredients

• 2 g Self raising flour
• 1/4 cup Plant milk
• 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup Lyle’s Golden Syrup
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp Dr Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp Tbsp Coffee extract
• 1/2 cup Apple cider
• 2 tbsp Flax seed
• 1 Pinch fine table salt
• 300 g Vegan butter
• 600 g Fairtrade Tate & Lyle Icing Sugar
• 2 tbsp Plant milk
• 2 tbsp Coffee extract
• 3 tbsp Lyle’s Golden Syrup
• A handful Chopped mixed nuts
