• 150 g flour
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp of mixed spice for gingerbread
• 100 g of walnuts
• 150 g of cream cheese
• 50 g of icing susgar
• Colored fondant to shape the carrots
