• 2 Delicata Squash (about 1 1/2 - 2 pounds) cut in 1/3 inch slices and seeded
• 1 C coarsely chopped red onion
• 1 1/2 C whole red seedless grapes
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp tarragon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
