• 1 cup Turbinado (or raw) sugar
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 12 Tablespoons organic butter (1 1/2 sticks, cut into 1/2″ pieces)
• 2 cups organic heavy cream
• lemon zest (optional)
• 1 cup strawberry jam
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
