Carrot Buns

Ingredients

• 1 cup warm milk (100ºF to 110ºF)
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® Active Dry Yeast
• 4 to 5 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
• 1 can (15 ounces) carrots, drained and mashed
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
• 1 egg + 1 tablespoon water
