• 1 red jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
• 1 small clove Melissas organic garlic minced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves minced
• 1/2 large or 1 small avocado diced
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 4 ounce halibut filets
• olive oil spray or 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Spice Hunter Jamaican jerk seasoning blend
