- 2 Tbsp custard powder
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup skim milk
- 200g tub low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 400g can peach slices, drained
- Vanilla sugar, to serve
