• 1/4 cup Eggs Made Simple egg product or 1 egg
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
• 2 tbsp sliced natural almonds
