Pot Roast (stove top)

Ingredients

• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1-2 Tbs oil
• 3 lb beef roast
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 cups beef broth
• 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
• 4 carrots, cut into chunks
• 2 lb potatoes, cut into chunks
