• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp water (for cornstarch slurry)
• 0.5 tsp salt
• 0.5 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 4 burger buns
• 4 lettuce leaves
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 0.5 red onion, sliced
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
