Ingredients

• 2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
• 2 red, yellow or orange bell peppers, seeded and chopped
• 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 2/3 cups and 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped hot pepper (adjust to taste)
• 1 (2 ounce) package dry pectin
