Cannellini Bean, Kale, Sausage Stew

Ingredients

• 2 tbs olive oil
• 1 large fennel bulb, chopped
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 - 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes
• 2 - 15 oz can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
• 10 oz bunch of kale
• 2-3 cups chicken broth
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 chicken Italian sausages (can substitute real also)
