- 1 heaping cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches thawed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup water
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1-½ cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup peach puree
- 2 each eggs
- 1-¼ cups milk
- ¼ cup honey
- 1-½ cups whipped cream optional
