- okra, 2 cups cleaned, stems removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
- large shrimp, 12 deveined, shells and tails removed
- squid, 2 cleaned and cut into rings
- cornstarch, 1 cup
- sweet chili sauce, 1 bottle
- black sesame seeds, 1 tbsp
- coriander leaves, few sprigs
- lime, 2 cut into wedges
- canola oil, enough for deep frying
- salt, to taste
