Ingredients

• For the French toast:
• 4 babka slices
• 150 gr milk
• 50 gr sugar
• 1 pasture raised egg
• 1/2 orange, juice
• 1/2 tbsp butter (for frying)
• For the whipped cream:
• 150 gr heavy cream
• 1 tbsp sugar
• For plating:
• 2 French toasts
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp whipped cream
• 1 strawberry, sliced
• 1/2 orange, zest
• Extra virgin olive oil
