• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 cup 3.25% milk + 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 cup St-Ambroise IPA Brut
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. honey
• Vegetable oil for cooking
