Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. Mustard Mild KYKNOS
• 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
• 1 tsp. vinegar
• 150 gr. chicken fillet (grilled or boiled)
• 3 tbsp. croutons
• 2 tbsp. cheese (grated)
• 2 tbsp. Peas Very Fine KYKNOS
• 1/4 iceberg (can replace part of the iceberg with radicio)
• Little olive oil
• Salt, Freshly ground pepper
