cherry hamantaschen

Ingredients

• 6 ounces room temp butter
• 5 ¼ ounces sugar
• ¾ tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp grated lemon zest
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ tsp ground cardamom
• 11 ½ ounces all purpose flour
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 2 eggs
