Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 small onion, diced
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• ¾ cup crushed butter crackers
• 2 tablespoons butter, divided
• 4 small yellow squash , sliced
