- 800 g Kingklip Fillets or Hake
- 4 teaspoon of Fish spice (Robertson's)
- 2Tblsp garlic
- 2Tblsp lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 teaspoon green ground chilli
- 1Tblsp of lemon and black pepper (InaParmans brand)
- 1 heaped teaspoon salt
- Add 100g butter to the pan
- Add the marinated fish slices
- Melted
- Add crushed garlic lemon juice and add more butter
