Fish house punch cocktail
With rum, Earl Grey tea, Cognac and apricot brandy, this is a punch cocktail that's super-easy to scale up for a proper party.
Ingredients
- 25ml Bacardi 8 rum
- 25ml Earl Grey tea (cold)
- 12.5ml Cognac
- 12.5ml apricot brandy liqueur
- 10ml spiced sugar syrup (see below)
- ½ a lemon
- 1 orange
- SPICED SUGAR SYRUP
- 4 tablespoons demerara sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 2 cloves
