• 1/2 stick butter
• 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon salt
• 6-6 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 lb ground beef (80% lean)
• 3 ounces crumbled blue cheese
• 1 tbsp worcestershire
• 3 tbsp white horseradish
• 3-4 ounces finely chopped jalapenos
