Ingredients

• 1 pound sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized strips)
• ½ cup San-J Szechuan Sauce
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 red bell peppers (seeded and roughly chopped)
• 2 yellow onions (sliced)
• 6 cups baby spinach leaves (cleaned and dried)
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• ½ cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
