• Cinnamon powder - 1/2 Tsp
• Pitted Dates - chopped - 1/4 cup
• Dry apricots - chopped - 1/4 cup
• Dry cranberries - 1/4 cup
• Golden Raisins - 1/4 cup
• Tutti Frutti - 1/4 cup
• Pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
• Apple juice / grape juice / orange juice - 1 cup
