Couscous and Pea Salad Recipe | Birds Eye

Ingredients

• 100 g of dried couscous
• 100 g Garden Peas 375g of Birds Eye frozen Peas (cooked and chilled)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 medium tomatoes (skinned, deseeded and chopped)
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
