Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 150g / 5 oz of cooking chorizo, (without casing)
• 1 tsp Chipotle Paste
• 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
• ¼ of a white cabbage, finely sliced
• ½ red onion, finely sliced
• 1 jalapeno chilli, finely chopped
• 1 lime
• 1 handful coriander, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 pack of Refried Beans
• 240g / 8 ½ oz grated cheese
• 4 Burrito Wraps
• Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
