• 6 bell peppers (different colors)
• 3 dl olive oil
• 60 ml Akvavit
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp honey or sugar
• fresh thyme
• 1/2 chopped garlig clove
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
