• clarified butter
• 1 tbsp butter
• 180 g sour single cream
• 1 onions
• 1 red peppers
• 200 g mushrooms

• 3 gherkins
• 3 tbsp mild mustard
• 400 g veal frying steaks (minute steaks)
• 1 ½ dl meat bouillon
• ½ tsp salt
• a little pepper
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 ½ dl white wine
