• 400g small waxy potatoes , sliced
• 3 spring onions , sliced
• 2 garlic cloves , crushed
• 2½ tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes or 2 finely chopped Numex Twilight chillies
• 4 eggs
