Seafood Paella recipe by Nazreen Khan

Ingredients

• 1.5 Onions (chopped fine)
• 2 teaspoon Garlic past/cloves
• 3 cups of rice
• Chillies fresh or crushed
• 1.5 heap teaspoon Salt
• 1 heap teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoon seafood masala
• 2 teaspoon Fish masala
• 1 heap teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2bsp oil
• 2x 700g Seafood mix(defrost before hand if frozen and let most of the water run
