• White wine 80 ml
• All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
• Chicken stock 500 ml
• Tomato paste 50 g
• Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
• Granulated sugar 1 tbsp
• Thyme sprigs 3
• Bay leaves 2
• Potatoes (cut into chunks) 300 g
• Chopped parsley for serving
