- 6 red beets
- 6 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 5 to 6 eggs
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 T complète seasoning
- 1 tSP black pepper
- 1 tSP salt
- 1 1/2 tSP garlic powder
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can corn
- 1 can peas
