Ingredients

• 250 g dried egg noodles
• 2 litres water
• 2 tsp coarse salt
• 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
• 500 g broccoli in small florets and the stem in small cubes
• 2 bundles spring onions in 3 cm diagonal pieces (approx. 200 g)
• 250 g thawed edamame beans
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
• 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp red chillies pepper in thin rings
• 100 g white cheese cubes
• 50 g peanuts
