POTATO LATKES (POTATO PANCAKES)
Some deliciously-made potato latkes fried to perfection to commemorate the Hanukkah festival. The latkes came out quite crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ chopped fresh pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 20 ml milk
- 6 potatoes
