Ingredients: 1 cup self raising flour; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 100g butter or margarine; ⅓ cup cocoa; ½ cup buttermilk; ½ cup sugar; 3 tablespoon strong coffee paste (mix coffee powder with 2 tablespoon water); Add all the above into a blender, blend till smooth. Pour into baking pan and bake on 180 degrees for 25 minutes or till a skewer comes out clean.; Add about 2 tablespoon of Nutella to about 3 tablespoon cream, place over low heat and mix till smooth.
