• 2 tbsp kosher Salt
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1/2 small onion (peeled and halved)
• 1 tbsp small bunch parsley
• 2 lemons
• 2lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• Cocktail Sauce:
• 1/2 cup mild chili sauce
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp horseradish
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 dashes hot sauce
• 1/4 cup celery salt
