• 312.5 g flour
• 0.5 grand marnier
• 8 Tbsps chestnut honey
• 0.25 ice water
• 1 tsp lemon (juice)
• 0.25 tsps kosher salt
• 1.5 tsps nutmeg
• 1 Tbsp orange zest
• 1 tsp rum
• 0.13 tsps salt
• 2 Tbsps ground star anise
• 18 Tbsps sugar
• 50 g unsalted butter
