Simple Kale & Pasta - Christmas Farm

Ingredients

• 1 large handful kale washed, stems removed and shredded
• 1 large onion peeled and diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 squeeze lemon juice
• pasta of your choice
• 1 large dollop cream cheese OR
• 1 large handful grated cheese Stilton or smoked cheese are great in this recipe
• 1 large handful fresh herbs e.g. parsley, finely chopped
