Kale Pasta - Grove Farm

Ingredients

• 1 pound short pasta -- like fusilli, rotini, penne
• 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tray sweet Italian sausage, crumbled
• 1/2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 12-15 cherry or grape tomatoes
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
