Ingredients
- 5 - 6 Drumsticks skin off
- And ½ teaspoon Salt
- Add
- 60g Butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
- 2 tablespoon Yoghurt
- 3 tablespoon Mediterranean marinade
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
- ½ teaspoon Garum Masala
- ½ teaspoon dhana jeera
- 1 tablespoon Chicken spice
- Add little chopped green dhania (coriander)
- Add 3 tablespoon Nestle Dessert cream ( May use Fresh Fresh cream)
- ADJUST SALT
- And little whole Jeera and little mustard seeds
- As it starts to splutter
