Butter Chicken Gelson's

Ingredients

• ¾ cup butter, divided
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
• 2 tsp Ground Turkish Cumin
• 2 tsp Ground India Turmeric
• 2 tsp Ground Chinese Ginger
• ¼ tsp Ground Red Pepper (cayenne)
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste for garnish
