Ingredients: 8 baby bella mushrooms; 3 celery stalks; 2 cloves garlic and/or garlic powder; 5 asparagus spears; 1 tomato; ½ cup cashews; ½ cup sunflower seeds; 1 juiced lime and/or vinegar; ¼ cup oil; Dash of cayenne; Sprinkle of various herbs (I used rosemary, parsley, mint, sage); Dash of salt and pepper; Water

I’ve really never liked traditional cream of mushroom soup, but i have to admit it’s pretty damn good when made fresh! :9 *May also be used as “pasta” sauce, salad dressing, or dipping sauce.
