Codfish with cornbread - Riberalves

Ingredients

• 1 kg deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
• 4 onions, cut into very thin rings
• 1 cup of olive oil
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 150 g (good) sausage
• 100 g crushed cornbread
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of cream (optional)
• Salt and pepper
