• 1 tsp Olive oil
• 3 cloves of Garlic; smashed
• 3 Tomatoes; roughly chopped
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• Salt
• 2-4 Basil leaves
• 1/2 tsp Olive oil
• 1 cup veggies- I used broccoli and mushrooms
• 6-8 slices of olives
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
• Cheese - Processed / Mozzarella
