• 2 cups flour (may substitute whole wheat for up to 1 cup)
• 1/4 cup finely ground flax seeds or almonds
• 1⁄3 to 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter, room temperature
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1-2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 jar of Growers’ Co-op Concord Grape Filling
• 3 tbsps water
