• 1-2 cups Old Orchard 100% Apple Juice
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1-2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 cups zucchini
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 2 tbs minced garlic
• 2 green peppers chopped
• 3 tsp chili powder
• 3 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp chipotle powder
