Ingredients

• 10 oz SunnyValley Hickory Smoked Bacon
• 1 pie crust
• 4 large onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
• ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 1 cup gruyere, grated
