Easy and Delicious Pork Belly Tacos | Gran Luchito

Ingredients

• 700g / 1.6 lb of pork belly
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 can of beer (IPA or pale ale work well)
• 500ml / 2 cups of chicken stock
• 5 garlic cloves, (peeled, whole)
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 spring onions.
• 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
• 1 small handful of coriander
• 1 tablespoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
• 3 tablespoons orange juice
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 red chilli, finely chopped
• Flaky salt for seasoning, (to taste)
